Crabgrass Germinating in Mid-Atlantic

According to Peter Dernoeden, Professor Emeritus from the University of Maryland, The Fidanza Crabgrass Model was once again spot on as crabgrass was found to have germinated in Delaware. 

A quick check of the gddtracker website shows that crabgrass germination is also on track to happen throughout the mid-Atlantic region. 

If you’re planning on controlling your crabgrass this year, then it might be time to start looking at those products that have post-emergent activity.
